In Counter-Strike, when you are dead you can fly around the map at will as a "ghost" - floating high above, or fixating on one character, as you have done here, to watch this guy. (This player is "[KK]quicKsanD" - "[KK]" is his clan name, "quicKsanD" is his game name - and he's got the "British SAS" counter-terrorist "skin".) 

You - like all the other ghosting players - are watching in morbid fascination to see if this guy's gonna spot that "Arctic terrorist" sneaking up behind him before it's too late.
